Within the framework of cooperation with the Arab Society for Islamic Civilization and Arts, headed by Prof. Mohamed Zeinhom

The Community Service and Environment Sector at the Faculty of Applied Arts, in cooperation with the Arab Society for Civilization and Islamic Arts, organized on Thursday, May 19, a symposium at the Central Library of October 6 University under the title (The Impact of Sustainable Design on Climate Change), as part of the College’s Community Service Sector initiative under the title (Sustainable Design to Reduce Climate change )

- Prof. Dr. Mohamed Zeinhom, President of the Association, an important lecture on the science of design and the importance of employing design elements and components to suit the environment and reduce climate change

- M. Sherif Mohamed Abdel Rahim, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Head of the Central Administration for Climate Change, an important lecture in which he explained the historical development of climate change conferences and the importance of the next conference within the framework of Egypt’s Vision 2030

- Prof. Maha Al-Halabi, editor-in-chief of the Journal of Architecture, Arts and Humanities, an important lecture on the triangle of environment, man and design

The importance of design keeping pace with climate change

- Prof. Hoda Darwish, member of the association’s board of directors and academic coordinator, giving a lecture on the importance of the environment and its issues historically through human and religious climate values
