 Demo Pharmacy O6U held a training course on Sunday, 19 / 11/ 2017 and on Monday, 20 / 11 / 2017 about the following:

Lectures

·        How to treat hypertensive patients and identify the drug classes which can used for treatment as well as identifying the side effects of each drug category. (Lecturer: Dr. Abdullah Mohammed – Lecturer of Pharmacology and Toxicology, Faculty of Pharmacy, October 6 University).

·        Identification of the different types of diabetes and identify the types of insulin used in the treatment. (Lecturer: Dr. Haitham Galal Al-din – Assistant Lecturer of Clinical Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy, October 6 University).

·        How to prevent sunlight by identifying the types of drugs used for protection and prevention (Lecturer: Dr. Khaled Al-sayed Mahmoud – Demonstrator of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy, October 6 University.

The session was advertised on the Internet as well as the billboard of the Faculty of Pharmacy – October 6 University.

-         The number of students participating in the workshop:

A total of 42 students from different academic levels participated in the workshop, received the questionnaires and certificates of attendance.
