A visit by a high-level delegation from Tibet Province in China to the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and the University Hospital
Prof. Dr. Amr Nadeem, Dean of the Faculty, received a high-level Chinese delegation representing the Belgian-Chinese Cultural Center. His Excellency took the delegation on a tour to learn about the capabilities of the faculty and the hospital, where they visited the hospital's classrooms, Alex Hall, Skills Lab, Sectra Hall, Radiology Department, Laboratory, Hemodialysis Unit, Catheterization Unit, Intensive Care Unit, and Specialized Dental Center. His Excellency gave a detailed explanation of the nature of the work, equipment, and capabilities available in each unit. Then His Excellency hosted the delegation in his office, where the delegation presented His Excellency with a book from the Chinese medical heritage and a white shawl, a symbol of friendship in Chinese traditions.
