Faculty of Pharmacy, October 6 University, announces the end of the students’ conference for the introduction of the different fields of the pharmacy profession under the title of " Pharmacy Career Paths Post Covid-19"

 Under the sponsorship of Prof. Dr. Mohamed refaat, the dean of the faculty of pharmacy, the student's conference was attended by the faculty students and the graduates of the Egyptian faculties, whether governmental or private.

   The event was focused on designing a clear vision for the final years students and the graduates about the profession of pharmacy in Egypt and job requirements in each field through lectures and specialized workshops.
The conference events were on Friday and Saturday the 3th and 4th of december 2021 in the presence of the following guests of honor:
1.      Prof. Dr. Samir Osman
The vice Dean of the environment affairs and community service, October 6 University. The general conference supervisor.
2.      Prof. Dr. Mohamed abdelgawad
The former president of Egypt syndicate of pharmacists
3.      Dr. Nagwa Hashem
4.      Dr. Soad Hendawy
Vice president of Giza syndicate of pharmacists and the manager of continious education committee in the syndicate.
5.      Dr. Salwa mohamed
The manager of pharmacists at nephrology institute
6.      Dr. Ahmed Essam
The TA in the clinical pharmacy department and the co-ordinator of training and workshops of the faculty of pharmacy, October 6 University. The conference co-ordinator
 
In the meeting events, the faculty co-operated with renowned lecturers of the subject and outstanding professionals and practitioners of the pharmacy profession in Egypt in different fields.

The October 6 University administration for cultural relations, the scientific society of the faculty of pharmacy for students, October 6 University and the Plan P team in the faculty, participated in the conference organization.
 
Nine Universities participated with their students and graduates from all over Egypt.

The faculty of pharmacy represented by its dean and staff members deeply thanks Professor Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, the president of the October 6 University trustees board, Professor Dr. Gamal Samy, the president of October 6 University, Professor Dr. Eman El Azizy vice president for student affairs and acting vice president for community service and environmental development , Professor Dr. Aly Abd Al Aziz vice president for scientific research Professor Dr. Magdy Rady, the university consultant for external relations and Brigadier general Waleed Mosharrafa the general secretary of the university, for their great co-operation and their indispensable contribution to make this event possible.
 
All attendees whether guests, graduates or students expressed their gratitude and satisfaction for the beneficial event.
