 This course is one of the complementary courses for scientific materials being studied, where it was organized to cover the scientific aspects of the immunology course, which was attended by 310 students of the third level  divided into 7 groups by 6 hours approved, including the use of ELISA technology in the evaluation of proteins and hormones related to immune activities and glands as well as qualitative evaluation of viruses, including explanation of the basics and applications of ELISA and how interactions between Antibody and Antigen as well as various types of ELISA.
