On Wednesday, March 17, 2021, the Faculty of Dentistry - October 6 University, in cooperation with the Fédération Dentaire Internationale - World Dental Federation- “FDI” represented by Dr. Nahwand Thabet, the Association’s official Administrator in the Middle East and Africa, and Prof. Dr. Hossam El-Mandoh El-Hosseiny, the Official Member of the House of Representatives, conducted a zoom session with Al-Hossam Private Schools, in an attempt to raise preparatory stage school students awareness of oral health and early detection methods of oral diseases and tooth decay.
The zoom event was carried out under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Yahya Al-Baghdadi, Dean of the Faculty and the Community Service Sector, which was handled by Prof. Dr. Mohsen Abi Al-Hassan, Vice Dean of the Community Service. The students praised the valuable information in the lecture addressed by Prof. Dr. Reham Lutfi Ajour, Assistant Professor of Oral Medicine and Periodontology, with the assistance of the Community Service Students Team Members.
