Vice-Dean of Community Service and Environmental Development affairs

 The roles assigned to the Vice-Dean of Community Service and Environmental Development affairs - Faculty of Applied Arts - October 6 University have increased to achieve the vision and mission of faculty and university in the increasing demand for knowledge, for cultural and societal transformations, the need to possess competitiveness to preserve identity, the challenge of meeting the needs and requirements of sustainable, smart and green development. All in cooperation with and between teachings, scientific research and community service, including the undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Development is a conscious process directed to formulate an integrated social civilized structure, in which society affirms its identity, subjectivity, creativity and social development; a means and a method, which is based on scientific foundations and a studied process to raise the standard of life and bring about a change in the way of thinking, working and living, while benefiting from the material capabilities of those societies and their creative energies.

Because the Vice-Dean of Community Service and Environmental Development affairs - Faculty of Applied Arts - October 6 University, has a commitment and responsibility towards its community, and this responsibility is a commitment to a set of principles and values, which will improve the quality of its employees, students, the local community and the entire community life,  implements tasks and responsibilities through its basic functions of spreading awareness and community interaction with pressing issues, providing practical solutions for problems and raising the efficiency.
