Under the auspices of Prof. Mona Al-Halawani, Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Translation and the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Gehan Anwar, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and within the framework of implementing free languages and translation courses “One Day Course” in the first semester of the academic year 2024-2025, the Faculty’s Community Service and Environmental Development Committee held a training course entitled “The Origin of Chinese Symbols in Chinese Culture” on February 18, 2024. The course, which was lectured by Dr. Mai Ali, dealt with the origin of Chinese symbols in Chinese culture.
