The Faculty of Media and Mass Communication organized a symposium entitled "From Media Seats at 6th of October University to Parliament Seats" under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Iman Al-Azizi, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Dina Farouk Abu Zeid, Dean of the Faculty of Media and Communication Arts. The symposium hosted MP Nashwa Al-Sharif, a member of the Egyptian House of Representatives for the Coordination of Youth Parties and Politicians, who expressed her great happiness to see the college from which she graduated, and indicated that she still remembers every corner of the college and the university, and the friends and professors of the college from whom she learned a lot that supported her in her practical life. She also discussed with the students how to face practical life after graduation as well as building a CV during the years of study. She stressed that the Faculty of Media and Communication Arts at 6th of October University is one of the largest and oldest private media colleges in Egypt, which is always interested in building the student’s personality and qualifying him for the labor market. The seminar was organized under the supervision of Ms. Nadia Mustafa, Assistant Lecturer in the Journalism Department at the Faculty and the Graduates Committee.
