The Faculty of Dentistry held a course for cosmetic fillings during which the cases were documented from 13 to 15 September 2020 within the faculty’s program for the return of clinical and therapeutic training in the faculty’s clinics and as a continuation of the continuing medical education plan under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Yahya Al-Baghdadi, Dean of the Faculty and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohsen Abu Al-Hassan, Deputy The faculty for community service affairs and environmental development and a professor of conservative treatment and dentistry. Dr. Ahmed Gamal - Dr. Mona Adel - Dr. Amr Abdel Rahim - Dr. Mona Lisa Maher participated in the course. The course is highly appreciated by the participants, which encourages the faculty to repeat such courses to raise the therapeutic efficiency of faculty graduates and doctors of excellence. The course included:

• Criteria for success of resin composite restorations.

• Documentation of clinic cases

• Isolation: why and how ?

• Cavity designs for anterior and posterior resin composite restoration

• Bonding protocols

• Anterior and posterior resin composite packing.

 

• Finishing and polishing.
