Closing Ceremony of the Entrepreneurship Training Camp
Organized by the National Council for Women in Cooperation with Rwaq Cairo Business Incubator
Upon the kind invitation of Professor Dr. Amani El-Sherif, Vice President of the Pan African University affiliated with the African Union, and Dr. Nasreen El-Baghdady, Vice President of the National Council for Women, and in the presence of:
• Dr. Fatma Suleiman, Head of Community Development and Training Sector at the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (affiliated with the Cabinet of Ministers)
• Dr. Ahmed El-Halfawy, Director of Entrepreneurship at the General Authority for Investment
• Professor Dr. Samir Othman, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Faculty of Pharmacy – October 6 University
The National Council for Women concluded the activities of the Entrepreneurship Training Camp in Cairo Governorate, organized in collaboration with experts from Rwaq Cairo Business Incubator. The camp lasted six days and took place within the framework of the project "Addressing the Economic Drivers of Irregular Migration," which is being implemented by the Council in partnership with the European Union in the governorates of Beheira, Gharbia, Luxor, and Minya.
During the camp, 13 individual projects and 21 group projects were presented. The closing ceremony featured the distribution of certificates of completion and appreciation to all participants.
This camp aimed to support aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators from the targeted governorates, helping them transform their ideas and innovations into viable solutions that contribute to solving societal challenges and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in alignment with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
