Warm Greetings,
It gives us great pleasure to extend our sincere thanks and deep appreciation for your esteemed efforts.
With reference to Law No. (12) of 2023 issued by the Egyptian Health Council, specifically Article 12, which stipulates:
“It is prohibited for any individual to engage in the practice of health professions listed in this law without obtaining a license from the Egyptian Health Council, after successfully passing the licensing exam prepared by the Council. Forgery or tampering with any Council-issued or official related document is strictly forbidden.”
Additionally, in accordance with Prime Ministerial Decree No. (2799) of 2023 and the Executive Regulations of Law No. (12) of 2023, the Council’s Board of Directors — in its third session (November 2023) — approved the full framework of the professional licensing examination, including:
  • Structure and procedures of the exam,
  • Eligibility requirements,
  • Number of attempts allowed (up to five per graduate),
  • Publishing of results via the Council's official website and authorized communication channels.
We are pleased to inform you that based on the Pharmacy Licensing Examination conducted in May 2025, your esteemed faculty has achieved an outstanding performance, ranking among the top three institutions nationwide. This distinction was determined from the performance of forty participating pharmacy faculties.
The average success rate for your faculty's graduates in the May 2025 licensing exam was 88.8%, a result that reflects the faculty’s excellence in academic preparation and commitment to professional standards.

With best regards and highest appreciation,
