Unified Disciplinary Regulations for University Students
Issued on 11/12/2016

In accordance with Law No. (49) of 1972 on the regulation of universities, and Law No. (12) of 2009,
and Presidential Decree No. (243) of 1996 establishing October 6 University,
and based on the internal regulations of October 6 University.

Statement of Student Violations and Corresponding Proposed Penalties

Final Notes for Clarification:

  • These penalties apply to all types of violations, including academic and behavioral, inside or outside the university premises if related to the university.

  • Violations are reviewed by the Student Disciplinary Committee, and penalties are imposed based on the committee's recommendation and university administration approval.

  • In all cases, violations must be officially documented, with investigation and student hearing before issuing any penalty.

  • The student has the right to appeal any penalty before the University Disciplinary Appeals Committee, and final decisions are submitted to the University President for approval.
