Under the patronage of Dr. Faten Hassan Abdel Azim, the Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Manal Salah Eldin, the Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and in the context of the college and university's commitment to implementing the goals of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and in line with Egypt's Vision 2030, the Faculty of Physical Therapy at the 6th of October University participated in the activities of the celebration of the World Cerebral Palsy Day in collaboration with Shams El-Bahr Association for People with Special Needs.
Gifts were distributed to the children of the association and they participated in the celebration of the day. The aim of the celebration was to raise awareness and solidarity with people with cerebral palsy, to introduce the causes and rehabilitation mechanisms, and to highlight their health, educational, psychological, social, and rehabilitation rights and their integration into society.
