Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Gharab, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Eman Al-Azizi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, along with Prof. Dr. Faten Hassan Abdel Azim, Dean of the College, the ceremony was attended by:

• Prof. Dr. Ihab Kamal Zayed, College Vice Dean for Graduate Studies
• Heads of Departments in the College
• Dr. Walid Saber Hussein, Youth Leader in the College
• Mr. Ahmed Alam, Youth Care Representative from the University
• A group of faculty members and supporting staff
The welcome ceremony for new students included awareness sessions about youth care activities at the college, as well as informative seminars on quality assurance, academic guidance, and an introduction to the college's departments.
The event was organized with the participation of the PT Family, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lami Al-Sadawi, and the SPT Family, led by Dr. Bassam Nabil.
