The National Council for Women, in collaboration with the Pharaonic Village Department, celebrated the International Women's Day by honoring distinguished Egyptian women. Prof. Suheir Abdel Salam, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Helwan University and Dr. Safa Alam El Din, Assistant Professor. The event was attended by Prof. Mari Madkour, Dean of the Faculty of Media and Mass Communication Arts, October 6 University, and Dr. Imad Al-Sharqawi, Director of the Center for E-Learning and Community Service Center, in the belief of the importance of the role of women in society.
