Dr. Suzy Rashad and Dr. Ghazlan Mahmoud participated in the third scientific conference of the Arab Association for Political Science, which was held in Lebanon from 15 – 16, 2022 under the title “The National State in the Arab World in Light of the Transformations of the Regional and Global Systems.” Dr. Suzy Rashad the vice dean for the community service sector presented a research paper entitled “Unconventional Threats and the Future of the State in the Arab World: Epidemics as a Model”, while Dr. Ghazlan Mahmoud, Head of the Department, presented a research paper entitled “The Impact of International Humanitarian Interference on State Building in the Arab World.”
