Within the framework of the preparation of the Faculty of Economics and Mangement for the re-evaluation visit from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, the Crisis and Disaster Management Committee at the Faculty, headed by Dr. Heba Al-Husseini and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Suzi Rashad, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs, is preparing to carry out a simulation of the evacuation experience on Wednesday, 22/3/2023 at 12.30 pm for 30 minutes, and we ask the faculty members and the assisting body to follow the following guidelines and cooperate to make the experiment a success:

* The need to alert your students before the lecture to the evacuation experience

* As soon as the alarm bell is heard, everyone gets out of their offices quickly and quietly without crowding or skipping

* Your full responsibility for your students to leave the lecture hall regularly and quietly

* Choose two students to help students exit regularly

* Be calm and not confused

* Do not bend over to take something that has fallen from your hand, as this may lead to injuries as a result of the defender

* Do not use the electric elevator

* Pay attention to the capacity of the exit ladder, as it does not exceed 3 people at most

* Go to the college assembly point, which is the garden opposite the building

In order to ensure the smooth running of the experiment successfully, evacuation awareness was made on the college groups for students with the general guidelines that must be followed, which included:

* Be calm and not confused.

* Maintain the placement of chairs in a system inside the classroom in a way that facilitates the exit of everyone as soon as possible.

* Do not run or overtake colleagues or scramble during evacuation to avoid injuries.

* Keep walking fast without running.

* Do not bend down to take something that has fallen from your hand, as this may lead to injuries as a result of the stampede.

* Do not use the electric elevator.

* Do not risk your life and return to the building, whatever it is, for reasons.

* In the case of heavy smoke, it is preferable to crawl on the knees, as the percentage of smoke at the top is more than the bottom and the heat at the top is greater.

* Feel the door before opening it, if it is too hot, this means that there is a fire behind the door, which means that it is an unsafe exit.

* Pay attention to the capacity of the exit ladder, where it does not exceed three people at most.

* Go to the college assembly point, which is the garden opposite the building.
