 The Training, Conventions, and Partnerships Unit at the Faculty of Economics and Management announces a training program entitled (preparing youth for the labor market and facing the challenges of new jobs) 

Trainer: MR/ Mahaba Osama Abu Taleb, Assistant Lecturer, Business Administration division, International Academy
Training time:
The training is divided into three meetings:
First meeting: Wednesday 23/10/2019
Second meeting: Thursday, 24/10/2019
Third meeting: Saturday, 26/10/2019
From 10 am to 2 pm at 4 hours a day and a half hour break
Training plan:
Day 1: Define your CV and how to prepare it, how to market yourself to search for a suitable job using social networks (Facebook – linkedin) and pass interviews effectively.
Day 2: Effective negotiation skills, persuasion skills, presentation skills and effective communication skills
Day 3: Modern Trends in Human Resources Management (Human Resources as a competitive Advantage – Total Quality Management – Human Resources Engineering – Open Management – Teams work) and meet new job challenges
Registration is in the college building starting from 8/10/2019
