Preparing a  specialized and competent nursing graduate and to keep pace with global developments to provide distinguished nursing care in the field of psychiatric and mental health nursing for the individual, family and community, through an educational approach based on evidence-based scientific knowledge, practical performance , promoting the values ​​of critical thinking, self-learning, encouraging scientific research, and community service.

objective

1. preparing a distinguished graduate who has the ability to use modern technological strategies in cooperation and participation in the community, both regionally and internationally in order to solve the community problems and developing it.

2. Preparing nurses who have the ability to use critical thinking and decision-making to provide appropriate nursing care to the individual, family and community according to their needs, in partnership with different community service institutions.

3. accruing  communication skills based on self understanding to facilitate understanding of others .

4. Using reliable scientific search engines to solve health and nursing problems.
