Under the auspices of Prof. Mamdouh Mustafa Gharab, President of October 6 University, Prof. Iman El-Azizi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Omaima Ghanem Zidan, Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Translation, the Faculty of Languages and Translation received Prof. Qi Zhang Gu, President of Huanggang University, and the accompanying delegation on Sunday, October 12, 2025, in the VIP Hall 1126 at the Faculty of Engineering.
The two parties signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), which aimed at supporting the exchange of faculty members and students, as well as enhancing cultural and scientific collaboration between the two institutions.
During the visit, students from the Chinese Department presented a series of outstanding artistic performances and activities. The Chinese delegation then presented gifts to the students who participated in all the performances and activities, and Prof. Omaima Ghanem Zidan presented a set of Egyptian souvenirs to the Chinese delegation.
