Faculty of Languages and Translation’s ELC Organizes “Strategy and National Security” Seminar

 The English Language Club (ELC), affiliated to the Department of English, Faculty of Languages and Translation, organized a distinguished seminar entitled "Strategy and National Security," presented by the third-year student, Ahmed Shawky, on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, Hall 4010.

The seminar was part of the Club's activities aimed at developing students' cultural and intellectual awareness. It addressed the concept of national security and its various dimensions, as well as the importance of strategy in maintaining the stability of nations and achieving their national goals.

The seminar was held under the supervision of the Head of the English Department, Prof. Gehan Anwar Deeb, and attended by Dr. Sayed Saad, the Faculty Youth Pioneer, who praised the student's efforts and active participation. She emphasized the role of such activities in enhancing students' presentation and discussion skills in English.

The seminar witnessed significant interaction from the audience, with many students sharing their opinions and asking questions, which rendered the session dynamic and fruitful.
