Under the auspices of Prof. Mona Ahmed El-Halawany, Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Translation, and Assoc. Prof. Gehan Mohamed Anwar, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development and within the framework of implementing the CSED strategic plan to expand the capabilities of members of staff and teaching assistants and raise community awareness of sustainable development, the CSED committee at the Faculty held a workshop entitled "Types of Disability, Means of Inclusion and Accessibility Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)" Dr. Iman Karim, Lecturer at the Department of German Language and Literature gave a presentation at the workshop on Thursday 4-22-2021 at 1 pm via ZOOM. Members of staff, the assisting staff, members of the university's internal community and other third parties attended the workshop, which aimed at raising community awareness of different types of disability, and promoting means of PWDs inclusion into their society.
