Vision
The committee looks forward to playing a leading role in consolidating the concept of strategic planning and monitoring and evaluating performance. This is to achieve the faculty's vision and enhance its competitiveness and distinctive features of its programs.
Mission
The committee maintains cooperation with the other supporting committees of the faculty to provide the necessary consultations and guidance. This is to enhance the efficiency of work in the various sectors of the faculty and its programs. This includes monitoring the implementation of the executive strategy of the strategic plan and evaluating, assessing, improving, and enhancing the action plans through a comprehensive analysis of the work environment
Committee Objectives
1- Promoting the culture of strategic thinking.
2- Participation in the development of the strategic and executive strategy of the faculty.
3- Participation in formulating the intended learning outcomes to achieve the missions of the faculty programs.
5- Providing recommendations and guidelines for evaluating the performance of all sectors at the faculty.
